Independent Operators:
The GroundLink network includes hundreds of independent operators who supply their own vehicles and must meet our standards for service, safety and other performance metrics. As part of our quality assurance program, we review feedback from the company's electronic monitoring systems and examine customer feedback for operators from each transaction. These observations are used to grade performance and determine the levels of service provided by independent operators. By becoming the market leader for customer demand, GroundLink is able to attract the best local drivers and provide services at highly competitive rates.

Affiliates:
Many affiliates enter into relationships with GroundLink to generate incremental business opportunities. These affiliates agree to follow GroundLink's operational procedures when interacting with customers including providing Groundlink signage. During the course of a transaction, the affiliate provides GroundLink with information regarding the driver, pick-up and drop-off status. After the transaction, the GroundLink system bills the traveler and transfers payment to the affiliate. The integrated execution and billing capabilities enable GroundLink and the affiliate to provide more personalized service and attract repeat business.
