Overview
For the past five years GroundLink hasestablished relationships with more 45,000 ground travel providers around the world - by far the largest network of its kind. We are committed to growing our network with the goal of providing our partners and customers with all forms of Ground Travel services and with the highest quality of service attainable in the industry.
To this end, GroundLink has invested millions of dollars in both the technology that would allow our providers to easily transact with our customers and in the system that ensures the experience provided to our customers match their expectations.
GroundLink works with two kinds of vendors, independent operators and affiliates.
Independent Operators:
The GroundLink network includes hundreds of independent operators who supply their own vehicles and must meet our standards for service, safety and other performance metrics. As part of our quality assurance program, we reviews feedback from the Company's electronic monitoring systems and examine customer feedback for operators from each transaction. These observations are used to grade performance and determine the levels of services provided by independent operators. By becoming the market leader for customer demand, GroundLink is able to attract the best local drivers and provide services at highly competitive rates.

Affiliates:
Many affiliates enter into relationships with GroundLink to generate incremental business opportunities. These affiliates agree to follow GroundLink's operational procedures when interacting with customers including providing signage consistent with GroundLink's LimoRes brand or one of its partner brands. During the course of a transaction, the affiliate provides GroundLink with information regarding the driver, pick-up and drop-off status. After the transaction, the GroundLink system bills the traveler and transfers payment to the affiliate. The integrated execution and billing capabilities enable GroundLink and the affiliate to provide more personalized service and attract repeat business.
