Wait Time
Stuck in a meeting? Appointment taking longer than you expected? Don't worry, we'll wait for you.
You will receive a phone call and/or SMS letting you know your driver is at your pick-up location.
For every minute your driver waits from pick-up time to departure, wait time is charged. Of course if your driver arrives early, the clock doesn't start until your pick-up time. We know you may need a little time to get to the vehicle, so we offer a grace period before charging wait time:

Once the grace period is over, you will be charged $1 per minute until you enter the vehicle.
Your ride will be canceled 30 minutes after the end of the grace period (see Cancelation Policy). If you want the driver to continue waiting, inform the driver. You will continue to be charged the wait time rate until you arrive at the vehicle or cancel the ride.

Cancelling your ride:
Give us enough notice so that our drivers aren't already committed, and there's no fee. How much time we need depends on pick-up location:

A few notes:
- Rides canceled and rescheduled for the same day after the time periods listed above will be assessed a $25 rescheduling fee but will not be penalized with the cancellation fees.
- Specialty vehicles (limo bus, stretch limo, etc.) are subject to cancellation fees in ANY location if less than 24 hours' notice is given or the ride contract specifies otherwise.
- GroundLink utilizes SMS and voice calls to keep you informed before your pickup. Once your pick-up time has passed, we will make several attempts to contact you before cancelling your ride. Since your driver is already on-site, fees will be assessed for waiting. See Wait Time above.
