Product Development (Director Level):
Direct and oversee all aspects of organization's product development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Research new products, product enhancements, and product redesign that align the product development function with the goals of the organization. Evaluate the potential and practicality of products in development. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of technology concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of web development. A wide degree of creativity is expected. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
- Responsible for full product lifecycle, from planning through launch and marketing.
- Make sure company goals are in sync with Software Development
- Manage and optimize priorities
- Monitor trends in consumption and competitive analysis
- Knowledge of latest web technologies and trends

Online Marketing Manager
This position will be responsible for online digital strategy, execution, tracking and optimization of online and email marketing activities. They will work closely with the SVP of Sales as well as internal teams to test, learn and launch digital programs to increase acquisition and convert them online. This position plays a critical role in finding new sources of leads, and ensuring acquisition is aligned with company ROI objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing (SEM, SEO, Search, Social, blog, email marketing, Online)
- Website design and analytics experience required
- Online creative development and campaign management experience required
- Must have demonstrated successful strategic planning in the past
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Omniture, or other enterprise web analytics tool
- Proven experience leading successful online campaigns
