    Alex is an inventor and a serial entrepreneur who founded several succesful companies. In 1996 he founded Arbinet-telexchange (NASDAQ ARBX )and served as the company's CEO until Jan 2000. During 2004,Arbinet achieved the best first-day close IPO performance.

    Combining his unique talents as a business strategist and a technological innovator, Alex is continuing to invent new technologies in the communications field. A featured speaker at over 120 international communications conferences and TV interviews, and a recipient of 17 domestic and international patents relating to communications infrastructure and signaling, Alex has received numerous awards for innovation including the prestigious 2000 Albert Einstein Technology medal and the Technology Foresight Award for Innovation (presented in Geneva at Telecom 99).

    Alex has proven his ability to identify the winning trends, build a powerful intellectual property portfolio and bring together winning teams to build world-class companies. He has raised over one hundred fifty million dollars to help position his startups as leaders in their fields.

    Edward comes from Emigrant Capital where he was a Vice President providing equity and mezzanine financing to middle market companies for acquisition and growth capital. Prior to Emigrant he was a Vice President at the CIT group, which was spun off to form Laud Collier & Company where he managed eleven investments representing $50M in invested capital. At CIT he also served as a board member of five companies. Prior to CIT, he was an associate in investment banking at JP Morgan. Edward began his career at the CIT Group / Business Credit, Inc where he managed and underwrote$300M in credit facilities to middle market companies. Edward has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelors of Science in Economics/Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Ivan joined Limores in 2004 and has more than 10 years of experience in software development and management in the Telecom and Software industries. Before joining LimoRes.net Ivan served for 4 years as a Senior software designer in Mobtel which at that time was the largest Serbian mobile carrier. Prior to 2001 Ivan worked on a number of web development projects for B92 a Serbian broadcasting company.

    Riz entered the transportation sales field during his college days. He is a multilingual communicator whose sales background is strengthened by extensive International Travel for professional and academic development. He speaks Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and has understanding of German and Portuguese.

    Career includes notable, progressive experience in the transportation and hospitality industries. Interested in the Airline Industry since childhood, he started his career with Eastern and Continental Airlines after college, holding positions as Airport Manager and Area Sales Manager. He moved on to the Hotel Industry and climbed quickly up the ladder, in sales and hotel management positions in boutique, private and major chain hotels such as the Radisson. Thereafter, he transitioned to the logistics side of the transportation industry and held senior managerial positions for cargo companies in sales and marketing, such as TNT Airways and GEO Logistics.

    Daniel Leon serves as GroundLink's head of strategy, business & corporate development. Mr. Leon, who joined GroundLink in May 2009, brings to the Company more than ten years of leadership in online media, corporate strategy and business development. Prior to GroundLink, Mr. Leon worked with Alex Mashinsky at AM Ventures, where Mr. Leon served as acting CEO of one of its portfolio companies. Before joining AM Ventures, Mr. Leon served as the Head of Strategic Partnerships for Hiro-Media and as Vice President of Content and Business Development for SIVOO (OC: SIVO) where he was responsible for leading SIVOO's content acquisition, business development and strategy. At the end of 2006, Mr. Leon co-founded ekkoTV, a live video discussion platform. Prior to ekkoTV, Mr. Leon was a Vice President with the Gallup Organization, a leading consulting company, where he led Gallup's business development & consulting efforts in the Midwest. He holds an economics degree from Brown University.
