The Story of Brio – Leading Car Service Technology
This is a very exciting time for us here at GroundLink. With over a year of research, planning, and testing, we are thrilled to announce that BRIO is finally released! Every day, we see press releases, blogs, and articles directly relating to the needs of updating ground transportation technology.
Throughout the year, we held focus groups and events to learn first-hand what travel arrangers and passengers wanted out of their travel programs and services. After implementing all feedback and research we received and reviewed, BRIO was born.
Why Was Brio Established?
It was evident that something was lacking in the ground transportation industry. Passenger security was often overlooked and ride technology was advancing, but not being created to make it easier for the travel arranger. We saw that travel programs were desperately looking for new innovation, and we knew BRIO would be the perfect solution.
When & Where?
BRIO was first introduced at the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) on July 16, 2017.

Following the introduction, BRIO was publically presented to those who attended the BTN Innovate event in October 2017. Today we can say that, after a rigorous fine-tuning process, BRIO is ready to be a part of every travel management program!
