Account Coordinator

Position Overview

GroundLink is seeking an energetic and committed individual to join our growing Client Services team. The position will be primarily liaising with office managers, travel arrangers, corporate travel managers and procurement to ensure their Ground Transportation requirements are being met. An ability to form long-term corporate relationships at a senior level along with the ability to grow account adoption will be fundamental to the role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build value based cohesive long-term relationships with corporate accounts ensuring that they remain loyal to GroundLink
  • Retain and address underperforming accounts
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
  • Perform quarterly and/or bi-annual performance review and fact-finding reviews with accounts in portfolio.
  • Grow revenue value of assigned portfolio in line with companies’ goals and targets
  • Understand client needs and requirements to improve adoption of the GroundLink services
  • Deliver best practices to customers to help improve their overall ground transportation program
  • Analyze booking trends and have full knowledge and understanding of accounts
  • Collect client product feedback and recommendations from customers
  • Work closely with internal customers to deliver company goals

Requirements

  • 0-1 years in a customer facing role preferably with either CSM or Account Management experience
  • Successful management of customer relationships and technical projects
  • Self managed, responsible, and dedicated to client success
  • Presentation Skills / face to face experience
  • Well-presented
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency with MS Office
