Cap Creatives is an award-winning, global creative ad agency. With offices in Chicago, New
York, San Francisco, São Paulo, London, Paris, Shanghai, Singapore, and Hong Kong—they
spent a lot of time dealing with travel. The company’s office manager needed help reducing
costs in their travel program, but was inclined to see a detailed cost-structure plan
beforehand. Additionally, she wanted to be able to control the leakage that the ground
portion of her travel program was experiencing.
