Account Settings

Q:Will my LimoRes.net login work on GroundLink.com?

Yes, your login information is the same on GroundLink as it was on LimoRes.  We encourage you to sign in on the GroundLink website before starting to book your reservation so all your saved information will be available to you at the start of the booking process.

Q:How do I manage my preferences?

After you sign in at GroundLink.com, you can then select "My Dashboard."  In this section you will be able to view your scheduled, completed and cancelled rides, update your credit card information and your contact information.  For account administrators, you will be able to see all rides for your account in the "My Dashboard" section,  and also add or delete passengers, view rides in progress on a real-time updated map and view invoices.  If you would like to make any additional changes to your account such as changing the default car class, please email ActivationManager@groundlink.com.

Q:Can I edit my address history such as add, delete and manage my preferences like I did on LimoRes?

With GroundLink, simply book your reservation and once the reservation has been made, GroundLink will automatically save that address for future use.  If you need to delete addresses, please email ActivationManager@groundlink.com.

Booking a Ride

Q:I would like to be picked up at the airport after my flight. Where do I input my flight information?

Flight details are requested after you select your vehicle type.  A new feature on GroundLink is the ability for passengers to adjust their pickup time from when their flight arrives.  So if you know that you are going to need a few more minutes to pick up your bags then you can add anywhere from 15 minutes to two hours onto your already complimentary wait time (30 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international flights). 

Q:I would like to book a ride for somebody else. On LimoRes.net I could just edit the name on the reservation, can I do the same on GroundLink.com?

GroundLink has the same functionality with an even better user experience.  If you are an individual booking on behalf of someone else, you will have the ability on the final page of the booking process to either select yourself as the passenger or enter the name of the person for whom you are making the reservation. 

If you are an account administrator on an account, you will be presented with a list of all passengers on your account on the final page of the booking process, and you can select the name of passenger from that list.  If the person is not already on your account, you can add him/her either as a guest (in which case the info will not be permanently saved to your account) or as a passenger, in which case the info will be saved and available for future bookings. 

Q:I have a promo code, where do I enter it on GroundLink.com?

A promo code can be entered on the final page of the booking process in the booking summary section.  Once the promo code is applied the discounted price, it is immediately reflected in the total price.

Q:On LimoRes I was able to book a roundtrip ride, can I do the same on GroundLink?

Currently, only single rides are able to be booked on GroundLink.com.    Once you complete the reservation for the first ride, you will be asked if you would like to book another ride.

Q:I need to edit or cancel my ride, am I able to do that on GroundLink.com?

Yes, by going to the Rides tab in "My Dashboard" you will have the ability to see all your upcoming rides.  By selecting the ride, you will have the ability to edit the ride or cancel it.

Q:I would like to look up a quote of a ride, how do I do that?

By inputting your pickup and drop-off locations and the date and time of your trip, GroundLink is able to provide full price quotes prior to booking.  If you do not select "Book This Ride," your ride will not be booked or charged.
