Chief Executive Officer
Liz is instrumental in scaling GroundLink's global infrastructure and driving the company's continued focus on being the leading provider of tech-enabled black car service. Since joining the company in 2012, she has played a critical role in setting and executing strategy. As CEO, she continues to drive improvements in GroundLink's unique customer offering, consisting of mobile, web, and call center service. She is also scaling the company's infrastructure, allowing GroundLink to provide a seamless booking, ride, and billing experience for customers. Additionally, Liz oversees the execution of GroundLink's industry-leading safety standards which meet the duty of care needs of corporate clients and discerning travelers.
Prior to GroundLink, Liz was CFO of Kroll Consulting Services a global provider of risk management services. Before Kroll, Liz was CFO of London-based Gullivers Travel Associates (GTA), a world-class provider of global travel products and services. Liz has also held senior finance leadership roles with Fisher Scientific, Warner Lambert & Allied Signal. Liz earned an MBA from Drexel University and BA from The College of New Jersey. Liz and her husband Tom live in New Jersey and enjoy a good time sipping red wine with friends and family.
Chief Sales Officer
Michael drives all sales initiatives within the corporate and partnership markets for GroundLink. He builds mutually beneficial relationships with clients looking to effectively contain costs, comply with duty of care obligations and provide safe, comfortable and reliable ground transportation services to their employees or customers. Michael has vast senior sales management experience with global organizations in the technology and financial services industries. Most recently, Michael was the Senior Vice President of Sales for AIG's Accident & Health Division. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Orbitz for Business. He also held senior sales management positions with Tacit Knowledge Systems, Inc., Yesmail.com, and Giga Information Group. Michael is a graduate of DePaul University with a B.S. in Commerce. Michael enjoys an occasional round of golf, coaching his daughter's basketball team and attending his son's high school football games. Based in Chicago, Michael is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears.
Chief Strategy Officer
Senthil has more than 10 years of experience in business process improvement and optimization using analytics and data. At GroundLink, he is responsible for the retail consumer business and he oversees the business analytics team. Prior to GroundLink, he successfully led the centralization of inventory management and was also in charge of international supply chain at Unisource Worldwide. Senthil graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, India and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station. Senthil enjoys playing pickup basketball and is also an avid motorcyclist. He has a passion for understanding cultural nuances, geo politics and its impact on foreign policy.
VP of Business Development
Rob is responsible for the growth in the corporate and partnership channels, working with the sales and account management teams to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and key travel organizations. In 2014, Rob was named to Phocuswright's 35 under 35 Young Leaders Summit for Travel Innovation. He started his career as one of the first employees of Dotmenu, the parent company of Allmenus.com and Campusfood.com, holding various marketing and sales positions. Rob helped the company grow from a startup with no revenue to US$60 million in sales per year and its eventual acquisition by GrubHub. Rob graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Consumer Economics. In his spare time, Rob can be found trying out new restaurants, watching the New York Giants or grabbing a quick cup of coffee.
VP of Customer Service Operations
Jelena is an accomplished leader who utilizes technology and data to maximize the customer experience. She continually focuses on improvement, exceeding goals and cross-functional collaboration to drive team and individual results. Working with the GroundLink Customer Service, Activations and Events teams, she ensures that all GroundLink customers receive excellent customer service. Before joining GroundLink in November 2011, Jelena served as Strategic Procurement Manager for Energoprojekt Engineering Co and also volunteered her time to advocating and promoting the project management profession through PMI, The Project Management Institute. Jelena received a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Belgrade University. For work/life balance, Jelena enjoys sports and outdoor activities with her 6 year old and her husband.
Director, Worldwide Dispatch
George has been with the company from the very beginning, with more than 15 years of experience in chauffeured car industry, he has consistent success in achieving productivity and delivering goals. He has proven track record of guiding highly skilled, cross-functional teams in the development of leading solutions and processes to execute every ride on time and excellent performance. George is focusing on simplifying the ride experience to our customers and drivers through technology. Before joining GroundLink George worked as an Affiliate Manager for TCI Worldwide in Boston, where he built their worldwide affiliate network and grew their business by 2 million dollars. George graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Science from Berkeley College. George is an extremely loving father who enjoys spending time with his two boys.
