Airport Pick-up Service – There When You Arrive
Our cutting edge technology leverages real-time flight tracking and up-to-the-minute flight arrival and departure information to adjust and ensure on-time airport pick-up service for our customers. During the booking process, you simply enter your flight information so we can track your flight and we automatically adjust your pick-up time based on when your flight actually arrives at the gate. That ensures your GroundLink car is there when you arrive, and helps you avoid unnecessary wait time fees.
To assist in providing best-in-class airport pick-up service, GroundLink offers a 30 minute complimentary grace period for domestic flights and 60 minute grace period for international flights. You also have the option to adjust your pick-up time, whether it's right when your flight reaches the gate, or up to two hours after your flight lands if you need more time to get your bags or want to have dinner at the airport.
